What’s up for 3rd day?

3rd Day of Homeschooling Journey

Hhhmmm… What a challenging day… I got an allergy and rashes all over my body. But still God is good that we were able to push through with our study time this morning despite of. The struggle is real when it comes to health and when there’s no one to replace your tasks and duties as mom and teacher.

Books are still on the way so here’s my set of activities for my son. I just made use of whatever books and learning materials we have here as of the moment. But nights before, I already prepared the activities set for each day for the whole week.

Bible / Character Education is an everyday subject. So after the opening prayer, this is our first in the list. Read the Devos for Boys and The First Bible Book.

Moving on to the next subject were Writing and Language. The activity was to answer the questions in writing. Followed by Speaking and Listening Explanations Activity. He needs to listen to the questions and answer it. Questions were about pet. Then he needs to draw his pet and show the drawing while giving his explanation.

Next subject was Math. We used his old book to do the activity for the day. Mostly it’s a review of number bonds, ordinals, subtraction and problem solving.

And lastly, Science subject. We have an access to MobyMax provided by our homeschool provider. MobyMax is a learning solution that fixes the learning gaps of a student covering mostly all subjects. My son loves MobyMax because it has a lot of activities and games about a particular subject. Whenever we have extra time, we made use of this.

So there! God is good!
